4. AI Tool Usage Disclosure
This website is developed and maintained with assistance from AI-powered tools. Specifically:
- Content research and synthesis: Google NotebookLM is used to aggregate primary sources and generate study aids for the Compass newsletter.
- Editorial drafting: Claude (Anthropic) is used to assist with article drafting, source verification, and editorial review.
- Coding and engineering: Manus AI, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, and the MiniMax model are used to develop and maintain the website and our AI agent infrastructure.
- AI-generated content disclosure: All editorial content is reviewed by a human editor before publication. Articles that used AI assistance include a clear AI Disclosure at the end of the article or in the metadata. Per FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689 Article 50), we label AI-generated content where required.

KuwaitCost is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 USC §§ 6501-6506) and equivalent international regulations.

If you are under 13, please do not use this site, do not provide any personal information, and do not register for the Compass newsletter. Payment processing: Compass subscription payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, Stripe collects your payment information directly. We receive only the information needed to manage your subscription (your email, subscription tier, and renewal date).
